Health Update | November 12

With rates of Covid-19 infections rising across the country, we must continue to remain vigilant of both our out of school and in-school risk mitigation behaviors.
Dear Friends,

I am pleased to report that we have received the results of this week's testing and no one tested positive for Covid-19.  With rates of Covid-19 infections rising across the country, we must continue to remain vigilant of both our out of school and in-school risk mitigation behaviors. This week the Department of Health stated that most of the new reported cases are a result of reduced compliance with mask wearing and physical distancing.

Please do keep your student home if they have any symptoms of the common cold, influenza, or Covid-19.  Faculty will work with students to ensure that they don't miss out on classroom work and activities. Students who are absent may utilize our virtual program.  Please contact our Front Office team at frontoffice@fieldschool.org to report absences, and Zanna or Liliana will be sure to inform your child's teachers.

I continue to be grateful to our community for prioritizing our collective health and well being.

Warmly,
Lori Strauss
Head of School
