Get to know Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Director Debario Fleming. Debario started working at Field in 2021. Part of his role includes building and nurturing a community that values Diversity in all its forms, while demonstrating how our differences make us better. He says valuing diversity involves taking stock of our individual and collective needs while caring for one another in deep, authentic, meaningful ways.

I'm going against the grain with 70's/80's Sitcoms (specifically "The Jeffersons")

My wife and kids.
