Breakfast might be the most important meal of the day, but right now, lunch is having its moment at Field. "The new lunch is awesome," says one student in the lunch line. "It just...tastes better." A friend chimes in while piling a plate high, "It's fresh and more authentic."
That's right—we have a new lunch vendor at Field this year, and the Hub salad bar and Meeting House hot lunch have been giving the Receiving Kitchen a run for its money. It's been so popular that Advancement Associate Heather Garvin, who manages the lunch program, has already had to increase our quantities three times! With a wider focus on dietary needs, fresh seasonal ingredients, an interesting variety of options, and food that just...tastes good, it's understandable!
