  • LIVING IN WASHINGTON, DC

    The District of Columbia and the DMV metro area (District, Maryland, and Virginia) provide vibrant city life with an abundance of relaxed suburban settings and outdoor adventure. Around every corner, you will find history, diversity, and culture. DMV residents enjoy countless opportunities to participate in outdoor activities, visit museums, dive into the culturally diverse food scene, explore historical sites and neighborhoods, and attend concerts, theatre, and sporting events. The DMV is close to many major cities, beaches, rivers, and mountain getaways.

  • HOW COMPETITIVE ARE THE FIELD SCHOOL'S SALARIES?

    Field salaries for teaching faculty fall within the 75-100 percentile compared to other independent schools of comparable enrollment size in the Washington, DC, metro area. Teacher salaries are determined by experience and number of years teaching, professional growth and development, references, and education level attained. Staff salaries are based on qualifications and comparable professional pay standards for like positions in the DMV.
