Congratulations to the 39 Field students who competed in this year’s Science Olympiad at Maret School in DC.

Science Olympiad competitions consist of a series of 23 team events in each division (Division B is middle school; Division C is high school). Each year, the events update, rotate, and reflect the current scope of science, nature of science, genetics, life science, earth science, chemistry, anatomy, physics, geology, mechanical engineering, and technology. Emphasis is placed on active, hands-on group participation. Field students have been meeting and preparing for this competition since the fall.
