Meet Seneca! Seneca has been at Field since 9th grade, and now he's heading to Carleton College in Minnesota, where he will major in political science and international relations. Seneca is currently involved in the Student Government Association as a grade representative and as a Model UN leader at Field. He says he chose Field because of the community and the freedom that Field affords its students to pursue their interests. Keep reading to discover his favorite memory during his time here.

Why did you choose to attend The Field School?

Because of the community and the freedom Field affords its students to pursue their interests.

What has been your favorite class at Field?

English 11 with Kevin Ford because of the freedom that he gave us to design our own projects and explore topics of interest as well as Kevins genuine engagement with students' passions.

What sports/clubs did you take part in at Field?

  • Model UN
  • SGA

What has been your favorite memory at Field?

The senior trip.

What will you miss most about Field?

The people and greater community

What advice would you give future Field seniors?

Stay focused and don't get stuck in your comfort zone.

How did Field prepare you for your next chapter?

The emphasis on self-motivated opportunities like the internships and student leadership have prepared me well for the future.
