Happy Monday! Today’s Senior Spotlight is Vanessa. Vanessa came to Field in 8th grade and now she’s heading to California Polytechnic State University to study animal sciences. During her time at Field, she played several sports and earned an Athlete of Distinction Award. Vanessa was also very involved in many clubs and digital design at Field. Why did you choose to attend The Field School?

I loved the environment, the small class sizes, and the collaboration between teachers and students.

What has been your favorite class at Field?

Digital design, I love the artistic and hands-on aspects.

What is your favorite memory from your time at Field?

Going to school in-person for the first time after virtual learning during COVID. 

What will you miss most about Field?

The teachers and the people.

Start your college process sooner rather than later!

How did Field prepare you for your next chapter?

Helped me understand what I really wanted to do as a career.
